2. Ce date prelucram si de ce2. What data we process and why
Pe scurt: singurele date personale pe care le colectam activ sunt cele pe care ni le trimiti tu prin formularul de contact. Nu folosim analytics, nu folosim pixeli de publicitate, nu facem profilare si nu vindem date catre nimeni.
In short: the only personal data we actively collect is what you send us through the contact form. We do not use analytics, we do not use advertising pixels, we do not carry out profiling and we do not sell data to anyone.
2.1. Formularul de contact2.1. The contact form
Cand completezi formularul de pe pagina de contact, prelucram: numele si prenumele, adresa de email, numarul de telefon, organizatia pe care o reprezinti, subiectul solicitarii, dimensiunea flotei (daca o completezi) si mesajul propriu-zis.
When you fill in the form on the contact page, we process: your first and last name, email address, phone number, the organisation you represent, the subject of your request, fleet size (if provided) and the message itself.
- Scopul: sa iti raspundem la solicitare si sa purtam corespondenta comerciala legata de ea.Purpose: to answer your request and to conduct the related commercial correspondence.
- Temeiul legal: art. 6 alin. (1) lit. b) GDPR (demersuri precontractuale la cererea ta), coroborat cu consimtamantul tau exprimat prin bifarea casetei din formular, conform art. 6 alin. (1) lit. a) GDPR.Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract), together with your consent given by ticking the checkbox in the form, under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.
- Cat pastram: 12 luni de la ultima comunicare, daca nu se stabileste o relatie comerciala. Daca se stabileste, pastram datele pe durata relatiei si ulterior conform termenelor legale de arhivare.Retention: 12 months from the last communication, if no business relationship is established. If one is established, we keep the data for the duration of the relationship and afterwards according to statutory archiving periods.
- Este obligatoriu? Nu. Completarea formularului este voluntara, dar fara datele de contact nu iti putem raspunde.Is it mandatory? No. Filling in the form is voluntary, but without contact details we cannot reply to you.
Mesajul este transmis prin email securizat catre casuta noastra de corespondenta. Formularul include si un camp ascuns anti-spam, care nu colecteaza date despre tine.
The message is delivered by secure email to our mailbox. The form also includes a hidden anti-spam field, which does not collect any data about you.
2.2. Jurnalele serverului2.2. Server logs
Ca orice site web, serverul care gazduieste www.ctegreen.ro inregistreaza automat, in jurnale tehnice, adresa IP, tipul de browser, data si ora accesarii si pagina solicitata. Aceste jurnale sunt folosite exclusiv pentru securitatea si buna functionare a site-ului si nu sunt corelate cu alte date pentru a te identifica.
Like any website, the server hosting www.ctegreen.ro automatically records, in technical logs, the IP address, browser type, date and time of access and the requested page. These logs are used solely for the security and proper operation of the site and are not combined with other data to identify you.

3. Cine are acces la date3. Who has access to the data
Nu vindem, nu inchiriem si nu facem schimb de date personale. Datele pot fi accesate doar de:

- furnizorul de gazduire web, in calitate de persoana imputernicita. Serverul este localizat in Uniunea Europeana (Germania), deci datele nu parasesc spatiul UE prin gazduire;the web hosting provider, acting as data processor. The server is located in the European Union (Germany), so hosting does not transfer data outside the EU;

- autoritati publice, daca exista o obligatie legala in acest sens.public authorities, where there is a legal obligation to do so.

Videoul de pe pagina principala este incarcat prin youtube-nocookie.com, varianta cu confidentialitate extinsa a YouTube. In plus, nu il incarcam deloc pana cand nu apesi tu pe el sau nu accepti din banner: pana atunci vezi doar o imagine gazduita pe serverul nostru, iar browserul tau nu contacteaza serverele Google.
The video on the homepage is loaded through youtube-nocookie.com, YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode. In addition, we do not load it at all until you click on it or accept it in the banner: until then you only see an image hosted on our own server, and your browser does not contact Google's servers.
